Thanksgiving....Borneo Style

This year we were not able to get turkey for Thanksgiving so we cooked up four of these scrawny chickens. It's amazing what we can do with the food and spices available locally.




Here is the whole food spread. Almost looks like what you would see in America.



We shared this holiday with three American families one Canadian family and a single American missionary.
